Refund Policy
- Full payment is required at time of registration.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, a $15.00 processing fee applies.
- Refunds (minus the $15 processing fee) are available if requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled class.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before class.

Privacy Policy
- We collect personal information (name, contact info, date of birth, license number) solely for class registration and ADOT compliance purposes.
- Your information is not sold to third parties.
- We may share required information with the National Safety Council (NSC) and ADOT as required by law and class certification requirements.
- Your credit/debit card information is processed through a secure, encrypted payment processor. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- All data is transmitted over SSL-encrypted connections.
- You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting info@beepbeeptss.com.
Terms & Conditions — General
- By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.
- You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID and your MVD Corrective Action Letter or Court Order to class.
- Beep Beep reserves the right to remove any student from class for disruptive behavior without refund.
Online / Virtual Class Terms
- Virtual class registration is not final until a one-time waiver is approved by ACNSC.
- Course materials will be mailed to the address provided at registration.
- Student must be present and engaged for the full duration of the virtual class.
- Virtual class fee: $180.
In-Person Class Terms
- Students must arrive 15–30 minutes before class start time.
- Class begins promptly at 8:00 AM. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
- In-person class fee: $160.
- Food and beverages (coffee, drinks, snacks) are provided complimentary.
